Dr Tristan Casey

Tristan is a Principal Advisor with the Safety Leadership and Culture Unit at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. Through his current and prior roles, Tristan has developed skills in measurement and intervention design, with the aim of improving organisational (safety) culture. Tristan has a particular interest in applying systems thinking to understand organisational effectiveness, and is currently working on his PhD with Prof Andrew Neal in this area. Tristan has worked with diverse organisations across multiple industries to diagnose the cultural challenges they face by developing and implementing validated scientific tools. Tristan is passionate about translating applied research into outputs including industry guidance materials and publications.
